The Singular Lines project is the first project — preceding Blind Lines — to focus on meditative drawing. Here, the focus is on one single action, one intention; inspired by Japanese calligraphy and Zen Buddhism.

 

Once the line is drawn, the resulting figure is reframed to decontextualise the intention, and allow the viewer to decide on the interpretation of the shape.

 

Singular Lines is a fully digital project, created in London, using an iPhone and an iPad.
