Marcelo Sanjinés is a musician born in Bolivia. He began in music as a classical and jazz pianist. He then found his path as a composer in the world of keyboards. In his work, he tries to incorporate Bolivian traditional music with electronics and acoustic sounds. His first release with NOOX, and his participation in Cristofori, is “Poliante”, a delicate waltziesque piece which plays with the heritage of Satie as well as contemporary minimalist ideas.
