Inspired by and using the Electro-Harmonix (EHX) Freeze sound retainer, the project, initially released in 2015 for Doug Thomas' Short Stories, Vol. 1&2, makes extensive uses of the effect pedal's drone functionality. Three different improvisations exploring limitations and restrictions in melodic language, as well as blueprinting the structure and direction of the spontaneous creativity.
