What began with "Colours" grew into Images, a collaborative project by Doug Thomas and Mathieu Karsenti exploring the space between sound and image through painting. "Burning Copper" opens Images with warm, metallic tones that emerge, mingle and dissolve. Built from Thomas’s guitar fragments and transformed by Karsenti, the piece unfolds like a painting in motion, shaped by texture, contrast and repetition. A first glimpse into Images, where music and painting begin to speak the same language.
